The nature of construction projects requires large amounts of capital at one time. Small communities like ours are often dependent upon a few major benefactors to support larger endeavors such as this. Additionally, community theaters rely upon city and public funding. We are making every effort to ensure that the underwriting of the Orpheum is spread across the community by creating a co-operative group of founding members who will celebrate its completion together.

Getting in the Theatre is as easy as 1,2,3​​:

Once the structure is sound and the first floor is completed, we will begin holding events in the building, even as we seek funding for furnishings and finishing the second floor. This will allow the community to experience the kind of events planned for Bartow at The Orpheum Theatre. 

Phase 1: Architectural Plans*, demolition*, new roof*, reconstruct facade* and balcony*,  1st Floor plumbing and concrete flooring. 
Phase 2:  electric rough in, framing and trusses, brick wall treatment, insulation, dry wall, ceiling, interior trim
Phase 3: HVAC, Furnishings and Finishings 

*completed projects through community funding
